Refund Policy – LAC BIKE
At LAC BIKE, we want your experience to be transparent and fair. These are the conditions that apply to cancellations, changes, and refunds for reservations:
1. Cancellation by the customer
More than 7 days in advance: full refund of the amount paid.
Between 3 and 6 days in advance: 50% refund or possibility of changing the date at no cost.
Less than 48 hours before the activity: no refund (except in cases of justified force majeure).
No show: no refunds will be made.
2. Modification of reservations
You can change the date of your reservation once at no cost, provided you request it at least 72 hours in advance.
Subsequent changes will be subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of 10% of the reservation amount.
3. Cancellation by LAC BIKE
In the event that the activity cannot take place due to:
Extreme weather or safety conditions.
Serious technical problems with the equipment.
Legal or environmental restrictions in the National Park.
The customer will be offered:
A change of date at no cost, or a full refund of the amount paid.
4. Refunds for premium experiences (e.g., Camino de Santiago)
Given the special nature of these experiences:
More than 30 days in advance: full refund.
Between 15 and 29 days in advance: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days in advance: no refund, although the place may be transferred to another person.
5. Refund method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.
The maximum period for the refund will be 10 business days from the acceptance of the cancellation.
6. Force majeure
In exceptional cases (accidents, serious illness, or other proven reasons), LAC BIKE may consider a full or partial refund of the amount even if the above deadlines are not met.
