Our History

LAC BIKE was born at the crossroads of a passion and a vision for the future. After a lifetime dedicated to sport, being in contact with nature and a love for cultural heritage, a clear idea emerged: to create experiences that connect people with their surroundings in an active, sustainable and meaningful way.

Where are the guided routes conducted?

Most of our routes start and take place on trails and tracks in the Valle de Lozoya, combining viewpoints, forests, reservoirs and villages with rural heritage. We also have alternative routes in the Madrid city area.

What kind of bikes do you use and what equipment is included in the service?

We have e-MTBs with a central motor, minimum autonomy of 80 km. The service includes helmet, gloves if required and basic technical assistance.

Do I need previous bike experience?

No — we design routes accessible for all physical and technical levels, with a certified guide offering support and training during the activity.

How long are the guided routes and what do they include?

Each official route has an approximate duration of 2 to 4 hours and includes: initial briefing and equipment test, starting/intermediate/final stops with refreshments for rest, and liability insurance.

How do I book a route or the free e-bike rental?

You can easily book from our web calendar, by writing via WhatsApp or by calling by phone.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer a refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance; for more information, please consult our refund policy.
